Support individuals with the therapeutic use of everyday activities, or occupations, to treat the physical, mental, developmental, and emotional ailments that impact a patient’s ability to perform daily tasks and regain independence in their daily lives.

Our highly skilled and qualified nurses offer a range of home nursing services to meet your treatment needs. Whether it’s to manage a health condition or disability, allow you to move back home after a stay at hospital, looking out for any complications or pass away in the comfort of your home with palliative care, National Care Society has an experienced and compassionate team to help. We provide short term care while you recover from an injury, illness or surgery, or long-term care depending on your needs. Our compassionate nurses work together with you, your family, your doctors, and other health professionals 7 days a week to ensure that you receive regular treatment and best possible care.

Offer crucial assistance and companionship in their homes with personal care routines, including, showering, dressing, and grooming themselves. Taking people out into the community for appointments, to do their shopping or to see friends and loved ones.

Assist individuals in overcoming communication challenges by diagnosing and treating communication disorders, including difficulties with speaking, listening, understanding language, reading, writing, social skills, stuttering and using voice.

Work together with participants, the NDIS, and other stakeholders to link services and supports.
