Hello, I’m Subin Mathew. I am the Director of NCS and a Registered Nurse, with over 14 years of experience specialising in mental health and aged care.

Several years ago, I founded NCS because of witnessed injustices and lack of support to people with disabilities that were consistently presenting at the hospital. People that needed support in the comfort of their own homes and not on constant rotation through the public health system.

I firmly believe that in the ever-changing landscape of life, the one constant is the potential for positive transformation.

My passion and unwavering commitment for helping others, coupled with my positive and outgoing personality, makes every interaction an opportunity for growth and healing. I am deeply devoted to my work, finding joy in connecting with people and guiding them towards a brighter, more fulfilling path.
