Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager I have a diverse role that I am extremely passionate about and I enjoy working across many aspects of the company. Working in this industry brings many challenges which I face head on, so I find it vital to keep my humour about me. It can sometimes be a saving grace at the end of a busy day and it definitely lightens our team’s day – I hope!
I leaped into studying Cert 3 in Individual support after 22 years in hospitality and have forged my path forward from my beginnings in 2017 as a support worker, to office admin, then support coordinator and now to my current role.
On the weekends sometimes I don’t even know if my family and I are going left, right, up, or down! We are always on an adventure and road tripping with the dogs, leaving the cats to rule the house in peace, or we are cooking up a storm and sharing a meal with our friends.
