I ensure support workers are in the right place at the right time, so everything runs smoothly for our participants. It’s a busy role, but I enjoy the challenge and love seeing things fall into place.

I got into this line of work after finishing my Bachelor’s in IT and while studying for my master’s in data science. I started out as a support worker, which taught me a lot about what participants need and the tough job our support workers do every day. That experience helps me now to understand both sides and keep things running well for everyone.

I always aim to bring a positive attitude to my work, and I believe that when we support each other as a team, we can overcome any challenge. At the end of the day, it’s all about making a real difference in people’s lives—and that’s what keeps me motivated every day.
